The rapid development of industrial Io T technologies in recent years has led to the upgrading of the entire industrial industry.Whereby making the industrial production equipment becoming more informatized and intelligent.The industrial equipment in the new era has integrated the Internet of Things technology,which has enabled industrial production to be greatly improved in terms of production efficiency,plant unmanned,troubleshooting,and remote data transmission which is expected to be the production of enterprises and bring about fundamental change.Under the general environment of technological upgradingsome some enterprises have a low degree of informationization in their production equipment and are in urgent need of resolving information silos.On the other hand,the replacement cost of production equipment is too high and far exceeds the scope of the enterprise itself.How to cost-effectively upgrade the traditional equipment is an important issue that the system needs to resolve.This paper proposes a reasonable solution based on the above problems through the combination of long-distance data transmission technology of the Internet of Things and traditional equipment.This paper will also show evidence in how the enterprise can save costs while improving the informationization degree of traditional equipment,and realize the balance of technology update and cost control.The main work done in this paper is:(1)The specific analysis of the wireless channel characteristics of the factory floor in the actual scene,summed up by factors that should be considered when designing the wireless transmission system in the factory floor.By analyzing the characteristics of Lo Ra technology,which is an industrial wireless and combining the actual scene of the factory floor.Application advantages in the field of transmission.(2)With the high integration level and flexible configuration of the programmable system-onchip as the core,the Lo Ra low-power wide-area network technology with long transmission distance and strong anti-interference capability is used to design the terminal nodes for data acquisition of production equipment.The terminal nodes have a streamlined structure and low cost andthrough this node,it is possible to collect equipment operating status information more flexibly.(3)Plant data aggregation nodes and remote data centers were designed.The factory convergence node gathers and processes the operation data of the workshop equipment and it connects the local and remote end bridges to connect the plant operating data to the Internet.The remote data center regularly captures the data packets on the fixed IP,and visualizes the real-time data in the plant area so that relevant personnel can remotely view the operating status information of the plant.(4)Develop deployment cloud servers.The java program deployed on the cloud server requests the data packets sent from the convergence node in the plant area to the fixed IP through the regular network and splits the data packets and stores them in the corresponding data tables.The server can conveniently communicate with the plant equipment,run data for management while providing data and service support for mobile APP clients.(5)The mobile platform based on the iOS platform was developed as the mobile end of the data transmission system.One can associate the mobile APP with the cloud server that contains realtime running data of the plant's equipment.The APP initiates a network request through the interface.The cloud server then processes and responds to the request.After receiving the feedback from the server,the APP parses and refreshes the APP interface to complete the interaction with the user..Mobile APP provides users with more convenient and efficient access to plant equipment real-time information.
