| With the deep integration of Internet of things and manufacturing technology,the intercommunication between people and people,people and things,things and things in the manufacturing process has become the necessary support for the discrete manufacturing enterprises to realize their intelligent transformation and upgrading.The massive heterogeneous workshop manufacturing information in internet of manufacturing things needs to be perceived and identified,how to effectively handle and use the multi-source,massive,heterogeneous and real-time dynamic workshop information will be the key for the enterprise to realize the intelligent transformation and upgrading.Therefore,based on the domestic and foreign research results,the paper explores and studies the workshop multi-source information modeling and adaptation method in Internet of Manufacturing Things(IoMT).At first,based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of workshop multi-source information in IoMT,an implementation framework of workshop multi-source information modeling and adaptation method is proposed in the paper,which includes workshop multi-source information modeling,semantic description and service encapsulation of workshop multi-source information and workshop multi-source information service adaptation.Then,based on the above implementation framework,parts of key technologies involved are studied,mainly including: A modeling method based on ontology is studied to build an ontology model of workshop multi-source information.A semantic description and service encapsulation method of workshop multi-source information is studied,the implementation framework of the method is given which includes the workshop multi-source information semantic description based on XML and the workshop multi-source information service encapsulation based on mobile Agent.A workshop multi-source information service adaptation method based on semantic Web is studied,the implementation framework of the method is proposed,and the workshop multi-source information service matching algorithm based on semantic similarity which supports the method is studied.Finally,based on the previous research results of the project groups,combined with the national high technology research and development plan(863 plan)project "IPv6 based all connected manufacturing network technology",the effectiveness and practicability of the above research results has been preliminarily tested. |
