VR's dynamic entertainment platform is a branch of industrial robot.It is involved in the field of multidisciplinary.It combines computer technology,software engineering,automation and other disciplines.Its development plays an important role in national defense,entertainment and education.This paper designs and studies the software and hardware control system of the VR dynamic entertainment platform,which is of great significance to improve the level of the development of the national robot industry,and to improve the human entertainment experience.This paper studies the current situation and development tendency of the mobile entertainment platform at home and abroad,designs and studies the hardware platforms such as six degrees of freedom parallel structure.The control system adopts the scheme of ARM9 processor +STM32 processor.Under the environment of QT Creator + Keil Vision integrated development environment,the overall system design and system software are given.The algorithm of variable frequency washout is proposed by improving the classic washout algorithm that is often used.First,the general design of VR dynamic entertainment platform system is introduced,including two parts of hardware platform and system software.The function and characteristics of the main hardware are expounded,and the system software menu and running process are designed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the structure characteristics of the VR dynamic entertainment platform system,the coordinates of the VR dynamic entertainment platform are constructed in the global coordinate system and the local coordinate system,the kinematic relationship is clearly defined.On this basis,the key algorithm is studied,and an improved frequency conversion method is proposed,and the experimental simulation results verify the variable frequency washing.Out of the algorithm.Finally,aiming at the improved washout algorithm,we design and implement the VR dynamic entertainment platform controller.In the motor drive system,the trapezoid speed interpolation algorithm and the PI compensation algorithm are applied.The experimental simulation results verify the rationality and effectiveness of the design of the platform control system.
