With the rapid development of science and technology,three-dimensional scanning and 3D printing technology have gradually entered people's field of vision,the acquisition of three-dimensional data has opened a new door for modern measurement.With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era,technologies such as machine vision,precision optics measurement,and digital image processing have moved from theoretical research to actual industrial production.The three-dimensional scanning technology continues to be innovated under the spur of powerful production requirements,aiming at stably and efficiently obtaining three-dimensional contour information of objective objects.Therefore,this subject has very important theoretical and practical significance for the research of high-precision three-dimensional scanning system.The three-dimensional scanning system introduced in this paper uses a precision motion platform made of marble,and selects a high-performance PMAC control card to complete the control and drive of the servo system.For data acquisition,dispersive confocal imaging measurement technology is used to acquire the 3D point cloud data of the object surface by quickly scanning the scanning area of the objective object with a laser probe.The dispersive confocal imaging measurement technology as the core technology ensures the accuracy of the entire three-dimensional scanning system,and the motion control technology that synchronously controls the servo system and the dispersive confocal displacement sensor also ensures the measurement stability.This topic mainly focuses on the components selection,dispersion confocal imaging,system collaborative control,software design and data processing of high-precision three-dimensional scanning system,and proposes an efficient three-dimensional color scanning technology solution and solves related image matching problems.The algorithm is aimed at realizing a three-dimensional scanning system that can be applied to actual industrial production.The design and implementation of a three-dimensional scanning system suitable for close-range fast and high-precision measurement has been completed.Through the massive experiments and data analysis,the feasibility of related theories and methods in this topic was proved.After experimental tests and data analysis,the three-dimensional scanning system studied in this project can achieve three-dimensional data acquisition work stably and efficiently.It has the advantages of large data acquisition density,high measurement accuracy,and it is suitable for the measurement of complex materials with various surface textures.To sum up,the three-dimensional scanning system studied in this project has important application value and wide application prospects in industrial production and other fields.
