With the development of information technology,digital life is permeating all aspects of human.What follows is a sudden increase in the volume of data.How to save longterm data information has become a key factor restricting the development of the information technology industry.Traditional data centers use disks,solid-state disks,etc.as storage media,but they consume a lot of power while realizing their functions.Due to the advantages of low storage power consumption and long data storage time,optical disk storage has gradually gained the attention of the data storage industry.At present,most of the development of optical disk library systems focuses on the study of file storage and scheduling algorithms.There is relatively little research on optical disk library multi-axis control systems.This article through the analysis of the optical disk library mechanical structure and motion control requirements,full access to data,analysis and comparison of existing solutions,completed a large-capacity Blu-ray disc library a variety of motion control system development work.The control system utilizes the relevant mechanical structures and sensors to achieve a good control of the work.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Research and analysis of the development status of Blu-ray disc libraries at home and abroad.Through comparison and analysis of several mainstream Blu-ray disc library control system design ideas,the embedded program is used to design various motion functions of the disc library control system.A detailed analysis of the functional requirements of each part of the optical library,targeted design solutions.2.The hardware circuit system of the motion control system adopts the architecture of "ARM + motion control chip" as a whole.The motion controller design with ARM as the motion control core and the motion control chip coordinating work was completed.While implementing multi-axes motion control,IO expansion circuit boards are also designed to enhance the expansion capabilities of the control system.3.In the software section,complete the code writing of the overall motion control program.The program is divided into main program module,serial communication module,network communication module,FSMC bus module and trumpet curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm module.The flow chart of each module code is analyzed in detail,the modularization of each function is solved,and the design principles of some codes are explained.4.Set up an experimental platform for the CD library control system,and perform hardware function verification,network communication testing,serial communication testing,single-axis driving accuracy testing,multi-axis control logic testing,optical library picking function testing,and overall functional application testing.The optical disk library equipment was deployed in the data center of NII Cloud Computing Corporation for trial.Through long-term running tests,the current operating data is normal.The overall function of the motion control system meets the design requirements and provides good conditions for the next applied research.
