Abstract/Summary:
Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rapid development of network socialization,the rapid popularization of smart phones has gradually improved the Internet coverage.Since its launch in late 2011,WeChat has made it one of the most influential social networking platforms in China,with nearly 700 million users.WeChat friend circle,as the main function of WeChat,has gradually become an extension of the virtual network community,breaking the pattern of social network and communication.WeChat circle of friends is actually the relationship between people,relatives,friends and classmates,and the maintenance of relationships requires the establishment of trust.How did the trust in WeChat's circle of friends come about? Is the "friend" in WeChat's circle of friends trustworthy? How to enhance the trust of WeChat circle of friends? Become the focus of this research.This article focused on the WeChat research to the influential factors of the user's trust,circle of friends on the literature review,combined with CiteSpace how far the network trust at home and abroad were reviewed,time sharing,dynamic of citation analysis,looking for online trust evolution course and research frontier.Through CiteSpace descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the network trust,science analysis and analysis of document keywords and central hot spot,the overall research paradigm of online trust can be divided into three categories,respectively is the information technology system study paradigm,study on the relationship between the human behavior paradigm phenomenon research paradigm and social order.Through CiteSpace's scientific analysis of the literature and in-depth interviews with WeChat friends circle users,a model of WeChat friend circle trust influencing factors was constructed.Based on the questionnaire and individual interview after carried on the empirical research,the questionnaire use quota sampling with CNNIC the proportion of Internet users ages,for online and offline questionnaire to collect the two models.After the questionnaires were collected,the reliability test and factor analysis of the effective samples were carried out using SPSS software,and the results showed that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire had achieved good results.Of questionnaire for further through SPSS correlation analysis and regression analysis,finally it is concluded that the following factors on the micro letter friends trust means to have a significant impact:(1),its level that affect the micro letter friends trust is perceived usefulness and user similarity of two factors;(2)there are two factors influencing the trust of WeChat circle of friends in the relevant level of the trustee.(3)the most powerful factor influencing the user trust of WeChat friends circle is perceived ease of use,followed by network security setting and organizational reputation.Finally,this study finds the following conclusions: the increase of weak ties makes the overall reliability of the circle of friends not high.The trap is to provide shelter for harmful information,platform security needs to be improved,young users "distrust" parents,and "dive" users obstruct communication and sharing.Based on the conclusion,we propose to improve the trust of WeChat friend circle by combining management and marketing.
