With the continuous development of smart grid,communication system plays an increasingly important role in power production,people put forward higher requirements for communication system,expect more secure and reliable communication.The risk assessment and control of the power communication networks can find potential security threats and weakness of the network and take preventive measures ahead of time to ensure the stable operation of power communication networks.The evaluation of the importance of power service is an important link in the network risk assessment.For most of the existing service importance assessment methods contains the subjective aspects of expert score,so this paper presents an objective evaluation method based on objective indicators.This method replaces the subjective expert score with objective indicators,eliminating the uncertainty and subjectivity of expert scoring,and finally get the importance of typical service of power communication networks.There are some problems in the evaluation model of the existing power communication networks,e.g.scattered indicator,unclear results and lack of integrity.In this paper,a risk assessment model of power communication networks based on risk information entropy is proposed to solve the problem.The model takes the link as the research object which combines topology and service.It uses edge betweenness as the topological layer factor and uses the service importance as the service layer factor,then risk information entropy is calculated which is used as the risk assessment indicator.Through the simulation of the actual project,it is found that as the risk information entropy increases,the network load becomes more and more balanced,and the network loss caused by link failure is greatly reduced,which proves the validity of the risk assessment model.Based on the network risk assessment model,this paper proposes two risk control strategies,namely,the risk control strategy based on link protection and the risk control strategy based on the performance prediction of the simulation platform.The link protection method first constructs the network reliability model from the network topology perspective,then obtains the contribution value of each link to the network reliability,and then combines with the service importance carried on the link to get the link importance.Based on link importance,the least and most important link can be identified to achieve a given network reliability value,which limits the risk to a certain extent.The risk control strategy based on network performance prediction uses network topology of Jiangxi power communication networks to build the simulation platform.The platform can verify the rationality and reliability of the network topology and predict the impact on the network performance due to network expansion or service change,thus effectively guarding against security risks.Based on service,the evaluation index of the risk assessment model is more clear than that of the traditional evaluation model.At the same time,the risk control strategy based on link protection has lower redundancy and the operation efficiency is more efficient.So it has important guiding significance for risk assessment and control of power communication network.
