In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the demand for spectrum resources is becoming more increasing. However, the lack of resources has become increasingly prominent contradictions since the spectrum resources are very scarce. Moreover, quantities of the inefficient allocation of spectrum resources have exacerbated the shortage of spectrum resources. In this case, the concept of cognitive radio technology emerges as the times require.Cognitive radio technology is a kind of technology which could dynamically discover and use the idle spectrum by sensing the spectrum.Specifically, the technology allows the secondary user?SU?to sense the surrounding spectrum environment constantly without affecting the primary user?PU?transmission and access and use the licensed spectrum.Quality of service?QoS?refers to the probability of the user completing its service, however, because the primary user?PU?may occupy the spectrum resources that are using by a SU,which could not only bring collision among users, but also leading to the quality of service?QoS?of PUs and SUs not being guaranteed. Therefore, the system model which could guarantee the QoS is very significant. The main contribution of this paper is proposing and analyzing a spectrum channel partition model which could guarantee the QoS of centralized cognitive radio networks according to the issues that how to strictly QoS strictly guarantee the quality of service issues in cognitive radio networks, and pointing out the improvement on system performance of the model as well.In this paper,a model for the process of spectrum allocation for centralized cognitive radio network is established based on the knowledge of the stochastic process and probability theory, which could establish a scalable and continuous time Markov model to analyze the performance of cognitive radio networks. We assume that there are two kinds of secondary users,in which SU1 represents the real-time service users, and SU2 represents the non-real-time service users, their priority is different, and each of them has its own QoS requirement. In addition, the probability of admission is applied to this system, and the call dropping rate and call blocking rate is calculated by numerical results.
