| In this paper,the two most successful music players,SONY Walkman and Apple iPod,have been studied in depth since the 20 th century,and their design strategies are compared and analyzed.It is mainly through product trial and literature review to obtain a full understanding of the background information of the two products.And the appearance of the two design,user experience,marketing strategy and service system design,analyzing the merits and demerits of the listed,summing up the similarities and differences of two models.Firstly,the Walkman and iPod were used as the research objects,and the modeling,operating system,supporting software and service system design of the two were compared and analyzed,and the corresponding data and conclusions were obtained.In the development of music players,Walkman and iPod are the two most popular products in the world.The popularity of the first Walkman was a classic product of SONY's miracle.But since apple introduced the iPod music in 2001,the iPod has replaced the SONY Walkman in just four years.Secondly,this article will generalizes the development of products from the most early radio to MP3,tend to think in the past research Walkman from hearing to decline because of the presence of the i Pod.In fact,the Walkman's design strategy has developed a serious misstep and deviation.The success of the iPod,thanks to the development of its iTunes and iTunes Store,has created a new product design model for "product + service".With the development of smart phones,music APP has gradually replaced most traditional music playback devices.The transformation from hardware products to virtual services has been transformed by the ever-increasing demand and integration of users and the emergence of new smart speakers.Again,this paper discusses the intelligent of the relationships between speakers and music playback products,explains the awakens the principle of the intelligent sound box,this paper expounds the design of service system for intelligent speaker design,the influence of and personally tested three smart speakers.Combining the design strategy of the Walkman and iPod with the test experience of the speaker,a smart speaker product based on user demand was designed.Finally,the research contents are summarized and the characteristics of music playback products are summarized,and the user demand is analyzed.Walkman and iPod design strategy has always been to later generations,all kinds of music playback products have passed the hardware leading stage,into the "hardware + software + services" stage,the development of future music players needs into the concept of service innovation,need to use service system design thinking to find the potential demand of users. |
