The Design And Implementation Of Long-Distance Wireless Communication System Based On LoRa Technology

With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,it has unknowingly deep into all areas of our lives.But no matter 4G、WiFi、Bluetooth or ZigBee can not meet the requirement of the interconnection in all IoT applications,especially in long-distance WAN filed.Because the cost and limits of network size,the traditional Cellular Mobile network can not meet the requirement of the scale of network.LoRa as a long-distance wireless technology oriented to low frequency bandwidth application,not only has high sensitivity and long transmission distance,but also has low power consumption and low cost,which make it very suitable for Internet of things of long distance filed.Firstly,start with the principle of wireless communication,this thesis analyzes the basic principle of spread spectrum technology,focused on the advancement of LoRa technology and its theoretical basis,points out the advantages in long-distance communication.And then based on the features of LoRa technology,the thesis design an special wireless communication protocol and introduces the function and structure of media access control layer、network layer and application layer.Besides,it expounds the access strategy and conflict avoid method in media access control layer,as well as the design process of network topology.Next,on the basis of the protocol and LoRa technology,the thesis design and implement a long-distance wireless communication system using SX1278 chip.Then from the overall architecture 、 hardware design and software design of the system,the thesis introduces the process of implementation in detail.And the system achieves the purpose of networking and remote data communication for the terminal equipment in the local wireless network at last.In the end,the thesis tests the communication performance as well as functions,and analyzes the results.The test results show that this design scheme can satisfy the demand of long-distance wireless communication,networking conveniently,has long communication distance as well as high real-time performance,so it has certain commercial value.
