With the rise of the experience economy,museums are transforming from a single collection and display venue into a venue for public cultural exchanges,social education,and information sharing.Museum visitors also focus more on autonomy and personal experience.With the continuous deepening of research in the field of human-computer interaction,interactive Tabletop began to gradually apply to the field of museum navigation and interactive design,promote the museum navigation system to the direction of intelligent development,showing a good application prospects.Based on experience design theory,this paper proposes an interactive tabletop navigation system design project that is applicable to the museum environment.Based on the usercentered design concept,through the analysis of the four experience dimensions of the sensory experience,cognitive experience,behavioral experience,and emotional experience of museum users,combined with the interactive desktop interface design considerations,a set of guidelines for museum navigation is presented.The interactive desktop system design strategy;and selected the Terracotta Warriors Museum for design practice and usability testing.The main work of the dissertation is as follows: 1.Research on the theory and methods of experience design,and conduct an overview of the development of the interactive tabletop and the current status of application in museum navigation at home and abroad.Summarize the application advantages of the interactive tabletop in museum navigation;summarize four points The design trend of the museum navigation system and case analysis to guide the follow-up design;based on this,the desktop navigation system design and positioning: the use of modern technology to provide users with a new perspective to understand the museum,both knowledgeable and entertaining,and fully consider the user's personalized needs.2.Constructed a museum user experience model based on sensory,behavioral,cognitive,and emotional experiences,established a tabletop navigation experience design framework,and conducted detailed theoretical analysis and research from four aspects to explore specific factors affecting the user experience of the museum.The influence of the experience factors on the design of the desktop navigation system and the possible design entry point,and the corresponding desktop navigation system design strategy is proposed to guide the follow-up design practice.3.Choose the Terracotta Army Museum for design practice.Through the preliminary requirements research to determine the target population and demand points of the navigation system,using the card classification method to understand the user's mental model to determine the basic structure of the system and the details of the function,draw the interface prototype and complete the overall visual effects Output.Finally,had a usability test.
