| Stereo vision is a method of recovering three-dimensional scene information from multiple images.Binocular stereo vision technology imitates the human visual system and perceives spatial three-dimensional information from binocular images.Extracting depth and threedimensional information of the scene through binocular stereo vision technology is an important application of stereo vision.Binocular stereo vision system has the advantages of simple equipment,low cost,high precision and fast calculation,and has gradually become a research and application hotspot.It has been applied to the space vehicle vision system,robot autonomous motion and navigation,industrial monitoring,and threedimensional measurement.The current situation that the measurement of aircraft wing icing is mainly manual mechanical measurement,and the operation is cumbersome and the measurement accuracy is not high.This paper proposes a method based on binocular stereo vision to simulate the aircraft wing icing,recover the three-dimensional information of the icing scene,and combine the image processing method to extract the ice type and measure the thickness of ice.Compared with the traditional manual method,it has the advantages of non-contact,automation,high processing speed and high precision.The project mainly completed the following work contents and innovations:(1)Explained the binocular stereo vision theory and described in detail the principles of calibration,calibration,image preprocessing,stereo matching and 3D reconstruction in binocular stereo vision.Based on Zhang Zhengyou's calibration method using opencv and matlab camera calibration,achieved good results.The correction and matching of the simulated icing scene were completed,and the disparity map and the restored threedimensional information were obtained.(2)For the current icing,which is mainly measured by manual methods,due to the threedimensionality and irregularity of icing and ice type,the operation is complicated and the measurement accuracy is not high.The binocular stereo vision system is proposed to realize the three-dimensional reconstruction of icing scenes.The image processing method has the advantages of simple handling,rapid processing and high precision compared to manual measurement.(3)Aiming at the characteristics of aircraft wing icing,which mainly focuses on the front windward edge,it is proposed to take the profile of the windward side to analyze it,transform the three-dimensional ice type processing and measurement into two-dimension,and divide the ice shape by the image processing method.Experimental results show that the method has good results and higher accuracy in measurement of ice thickness. |
