In the domestic informatization construction,computer equipment increases greatly,as well as network equipment.The construction number and scale of machine room are increasing.[1]Nowadays,all kinds of enterprise and public institution have a large number of machine rooms.As the main storage place for high-end equipment,there are a large number of various server,switch and program-controlled equipment in the machine room whose environment directly affects the normal operation of above-mentioned equipment and further affects the normal operation of the unit.Therefore,the reasonable and effective environment monitoring system for machine room must be constructed to maintain the normal operation of machine room.The topic takes the demand of current power machine room as an example based on the domestic information intelligence and automation technology points and combined with the technology of Internet of Thing.The current new mainstream sensor technology,computer communication technology and self-built database system are adopted to design the environment monitoring environment for machine room.The main monitoring contents include the current air conditioning operation in the power machine room,environment temperature,UPS power condition,humidity,water leakage,door control system and video acquisition.Based on the modern computer network TCP/IP protocol and serial port RS485 communication technology,the design and implementation technology of environment monitoring system for machine room are studied in this paper,and a new system architecture is designed through detailed analysis of computer room system requirements.A variety of sensors such as door control host,precision air conditioning,temperature and humidity,water leakage and UPS power panel are selected and debugged respectively.The centralized acquisition front end is constructed by using communication technology,and various environmental data are collected and processed uniformly.MYSQL database is used to store the collected data and video data.The environmental data acquisition and processing flow and abnormal alarm mechanism for machine room are set up.The system management software is written,including user management,browsing data and curves,setting system parameters and other functional interfaces.There is also a network monitoring page to complete the remote monitoring function.Finally,a complete set of environment monitoring system for machine room was established.This paper was applied in the practical project.After a long time of testing,various functions of the system normally operated and the performance indicator reached the expected requirements.After adopting this system,the power equipment unit can master various operation situation in real time.Meanwhile,this system also greatly reduced the investment of human resource,and the alarming,intelligent door control and ant-theft system also guaranteed the safety of the machine room.The lower equipment investment,high-efficient monitoring function and simple operation interface have been recognized by the unit.After comparing the data,it was found that 30%?40%of power supply can be saved for machine room every year and the automatic backstage guarantee can be provided for power system operation.
