| As an engineering project management company,BGQT's risk management of software development project follows waterfall development model when executes software development project. As projects' scale gets larger and complexity becomes deeper, the software projects management, particularly the project risk management of BGQT faces huge and various s difficulties.BGQT tries to introduce iterative development into its software projects.Iterative development is a model that based on risk management. However,as one software development model,it lacks risk response mechanism and systematic theory depiction of risk management during development execution process. Therefore, one risk management model that suits for BGQT's software projects adapting iterative development needs to be built.Project risk management links closely with project itself. The introduction of iterative development changed BGQT's software project execution that based on waterfall development model. This paper tried to summarize theories and methods of project risk management from the basic points of risk management. Moreover, this paper illustrated current situation of BGQT's software project management and risk management under different development model. This paper also analyzed the reason that why previous risk management model didn't fit iterative development.According to lightweight characteristics of iterative development, this paper identified risks with the tools of brainstorming, checklists and experts' advice;and then evaluated risks with EMV method and traced identified risks, monitored residual risks and identified new risks, finally formed an complete risk management mode of BGQT's software project that adapting iterative development. At last, with an example of BGQT's EMM project, this paper practiced procedures of risk management,i.e.,identify,evaluate,monitor and respond.Through the example, the research results are proven to be correct and practical.A mode of risk management is developed to guide BGQT's iterative development of software project in the future. |
