Design And Implementation Of Course Arrangement System In Colleges And Universities

China's higher education is constantly developing and expanding,the number of students in our country is increasing year by year,the training program and curriculum plan are deepening,the curriculum is also constantly developing,and the curriculum is becoming more and more complex.At present,many colleges and universities arrange their courses by designing perfect arranging algorithm and making use of computer technology to assist automatic arranging.The advantage of this arranging technology lies in replacing or partly replacing manual work,which can save a lot of energy of teaching staff and effectively reduce the conflicts of various courses in manual arranging.However,our institute has always been a purely manual course arrangement,for each department to prepare a few sheets of hard paper,with pencils to arrange the course,so it takes a lot of time to schedule.Therefore,it is very necessary to design a course arrangement system suitable for the college,which can help the teaching administration staff to arrange the course,reduce the mistake and conflict of course arrangement,and facilitate the teachers and students to consult the course arrangement resources.In this paper,on the basis of consulting relevant literature,combined with the situation of our college,the course scheduling process is analyzed,and the course scheduling system is designed and implemented by using software engineering ideas.Firstly,this paper elaborates the course scheduling requirements of our college,secondly discusses the professional technology involved in the system,and makes a detailed analysis and introduction of each functional module.The main functions of the system are landing and cancellation,modifying passwords,managing various kinds of resources,and arranging timetable.This system uses JAVA as development language and MYSQL database as background database.
