| Content caching at edge of the network has been considered as an effective way to reduce latency and alleviate burden on backhaul. In this paper, system models with users and cache nodes under fixed location or following poisson point process are investigated.Under system model with fixed nodes location, cache placement and bandwidth allocation strategies are jointly investigated in a multiuser system. With the goal of minimizing outage probability,a simulated annealing algorithm aided cache placement scheme along with an optimized bandwidth allocation via dual decomposition method is proposed while taking into account the constraints of total available bandwidth, storage capacity of caching nodes and fairness among users.Under system model with random nodes location,a two-layer cache model with content stored at both user devices and small base stations is investigated. With the goal of maximizing hit probability and successful transmission probability, optimization of cache probability of each file is investigated. Moreover, transmission model of prioritizing device to device link and prioritizing the link with better performance are considered and compared in this paper.Meanwhile, cost of storage at user devices is taken into consideration. |
