With the rapid development of wireless communication technologies, mobile data services have a higher demand for data transmission quality and speed.CoMP technology can reduce or eliminate inter-cell interference through cooperation among transmitters, thereby improving the signal quality of the receiver and improving the transmission efficiency of the network. The realization of CoMP technology gain depends on the perfect CSIT.However, due to channel estimation error and other factors, perfect CSIT is difficult to obtain, which leads to multi-cell interference can not be eliminated, and the performance of CoMP technology is limited. In order to solve this problem, the rate splitting technology has been proposed, which can effectively improve various performances such as spectrum efficiency, energy efficiency and reliability of the system. It is a research hotspot of CoMP technology.Focusing on the rate splitting technology, this paper mainly studies the following three aspects:Firstly, this paper investigates the scheme of topological rate splitting transmission in multi-cell scenarios, and improves it from the point of view of maximizing system sum rate.A novel power allocation optimization algorithm is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance.Secondly, the actual performance of the scheme is studied.Specifically, this paper builds a link-level simulation platform to simulate the transmission scheme of topological rate splitting. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the transmission scheme, this paper proposes a simplified transmission scheme with topological rate splitting and a multi-layer zero-forcing precoding transmission scheme with topological rate splitting, and observes the link-level simulation performance of the above schemes compared with the rate splitting scheme in multi-cell scenarios from the perspective of system throughput. It can be seen from the simulation results that the proposed schemes have some advantages.Thirdly, aiming at the problem that CSIT is difficult to obtain in the topological rate splitting transmission scheme, this paper takes a rate transmission scheme in a single-cell scenario as an example, and proposes a CSIT quality redefinition scheme.Link-level simulation verifies performance gains of the proposed scheme.
