| With the rapid development of science and technology in the era of Intelligence,as the center of family entertainment,smart TV has more and more functions and more complex user interface.There are four common problems in the way of human-computer interaction and user experience: first,the UI systems of different brands of smart TV in the market are very similar,without distinctive brand characteristics;second,the amount of interface information,more options and user recognition.Third,ignoring the needs of the elderly and other user groups;fourth,the commonly used functional options are not eye-catching enough for new users to find common functional options.Through design and creation,we can simplify the way of human-computer interaction,reduce the burden of User knowledge,and meet the needs of a wider range of users.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of smart TV are analyzed and studied by combing the related theories at home and abroad.At present,the UI interface of smart TV adopts flat design style,but there are many choices on the interface,the information level is complex,and the efficiency of human-computer interaction is low.Secondly,from the actual application scenario of intelligent TV,the user group is divided into general users and special users,and special users are divided into children,the elderly andaudiovisual impairment users.Through the research,it is found that the design that can meet the needs of special users can basically meet the needs of general users.Thirdly,using questionnaires and questionnaires,the study found that the following major user pain points: multi-remote control operation,live and on-demand difficult to switch;boot page is not fixed(system version automatically updated,advertising or fee pages);young people often need to help the elderly at home to find the program to watch;most users usually follow the last program to watch,hoping to the most.Fast access to the required information.Based on the above research,this paper focuses on three aspects of optimization: first,the realization of a remote controller can switch to live or on-demand pages in any state.Secondly,the default display of the history option after the TV is turned on makes it easy for users to choose the last program they watched.Thirdly,searching for the task flow of known programs,users can search directly on the main page,press the confirmation key once in the search results,and then begin to watch the program.Fourthly,the design of quasi-physical style interface can alleviate the visual fatigue of users and meet different user needs.Finally,the system usability scale is used to evaluate the task of the design scheme,and the data results are acceptable.Therefore,the design scheme can be considered feasible. |
