Research On MES Project Scope Management Of TBLL Company

MES is a set of digital management system of production letters for workshop production line of manufacturing enterprises.It can manage all production process related data from order to workshop production operation informationally.With the concept of industrial 4.0,digital factory and intelligent manufacturing being more and more widely applied in all fields,the concept of intelligent manufacturing has become more and more well known.TBLL company also needs to improve its management level in the fierce market competition,and MES is the key factor to realize digital factory.MES is the foundation to help TBLL realize digitalized factory and intelligent manufacturing.It can connect the production task of X3 system and collect data of equipment management in production workshop.In order to build a solid,reliable,feasible and comprehensive production collaborative management platform for TBLL company,TBLL company plans to implement MES system in 2019,and the core business of each module is related.Personnel form project team.Firstly,by analyzing the key problems of TBLL MES project,this paper finds out that project scope management is the key to the implementation of the project,and introduces the text of the article through the problems.Through the analysis of the development of MES system and the introduction of typical application cases of MES system,aiming at the construction of MES system project of TBLL Company,this paper finds out the important factors that determine the scope of the project,combines the management functions of each management module under the current organizational framework of TBLL Company,determines the identification of relevant parties of the project,and applies the scope management of the project in the project management.Relevant methods,through on-site research and demand analysis,decompose the WBS work plan of project deliverables,and ultimately determine the project scope management and scope control of TBLL MES system implementation project in 2019,so as to help TBLL MES system project carry out project work accurately and effectively according to its project scope.
