| Denture materials have the characteristics of small size,variety,reuse of surplus materials and frequent access to and out of the warehouse.Management system needs to solve the problems of frequent access to the warehouse,reuse of surplus materials and selection of access to and out of the warehouse.However,the management system of multi-roadway high-rise warehouse on the market is not suitable for the management of denture materials.Therefore,this thesis studies the management of denture material warehouse,completes the design of denture material warehouse management system and the realization of main functional modules,and focuses on the optimization of denture material storage location and denture material outlet path.Firstly,according to the characteristics and requirements of denture material warehouse,the system requirement analysis and overall design are completed.The description of business requirement,business process and system case analysis are given.On this basis,the functional model of the important subsystems such as warehouse selection,other functions and the main module relationship of the system is established.The overall design of the software system and the outline design of the system database are completed.In order to optimize the storage space of denture materials,based on TOPSIS algorithm,the remaining percentage,material,storage time and weight of denture materials are selected as decision attributes,which determine the storage order of denture materials.A multi-attribute decision-making algorithm for optimizing the storage space of denture materials is given.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by numerical simulation.Aiming at optimizing the outlet path of denture materials,the process of material outlet is described,the corresponding mathematical model is established,the optimization algorithm of material outlet based on genetic algorithm is given,and the outlet path of denture materials is optimized.A numerical examples are simulated in MATLAB environment.The simulation results verify the feasibility and optimization ability of the proposed algorithm.This thesis uses SSH making use of MySQL database technology,which is under B/S architecture and Java EE standard,takes MyEclipse 2004 software as the system development environment,completes the software development and implementation of the main functional modules such as system management,warehouse selection management and material management,and simulates the actual application scenarios to test the developed functional modules.The test results show that the framework and main modules of the denture material warehouse management system have achieved the expected functions. |
