| With the ongoing development of information technology in recent years,human resource management outsourcing is becoming more popular among companies.More and more companies at home and abroad choose to outsource human resource management,which leads to a growing demand for the outsourcing service.Companies who outsource their human resources service to human resources service-oriented enterprise can not only raise their human resource management level by relying on external resources,but also improve work efficiency to save resources.Sida company is one of the earliest companies engaged in human resource outsourcing service in China.In the wake of the company's development,Sida company owns an increasing number of users whose need is precise and various and boasts a growing kinds of service content.However,along with an increase in its number of users and service content,the shortcomings of the company's current SAP HR system have gradually emerged,such as the issues in system structure,system function and process deployment.Sida company decides to revamp and upgrade its current SAP HR system,with a view to standardizing business process,strengthening the business coordination among various departments,achieving connectivity between the company's businesses and financial data and realizing the management and control on the company's businesses and risks.The thesis mainly focuses on studying the processes of design and implementation on the project of revamping and upgrading of SAP HR system of Sida company.Firstly,the thesis introduces the service content of CSC as the leader of the human resources service-oriented enterprises at home and the background as well as the significance of the project of revamping and upgrading SAP HR system of Sida company.Secondly,according to the advanced requirement analysis methods,the thesis also studies the company's business process,department responsibility as well as the status of the company's management based on the perspective of the general situation of human resource service-oriented enterprises,the current application status of SAP HR system and the analysis on the system's requirement,role,function and non-functional requirement as well as the common agreement with costumers on matters of system function through repeated consultation and negotiation.Lastly,the thesis puts forwards that the project finally achieves connectivity between the company's businesses and financial data in terms of several major functional modules,namely conventional input data module management,performable module management,perform-validation module management,performed module management,request payment module management,financial module management,report analysis management and so on.Meanwhile,the project also makes pre-event,operational and post-operational oversight more effective and meets its goal of regulating and controlling the company's businesses and risks.In conclusion,through revamping and upgrading its SAP HR system,Sida company gets much more normalized and standardized business process and much clearer department responsibilities,realizes the goal of the management and control on the company,s businesses and risks and solves the issues in structure,function and process deployment of its original system and some other relevant risks,which in turn improves the work efficiency as well as its service level and can provide users with much better and more effective human resource service. |
