Study On Operation Mechanism Of Fresh Pork Joint Distribution System

China is the largest pork consumer in the world.Compared with foreign countries,domestic pork consumption is mainly hot fresh meat.In recent years,with the improvement of residents' living needs,the pressure of enterprise cost is increasing,and the concentration of fresh pork consumption points is high.It has become an inevitable trend that fresh pork suppliers and distribution enterprises cooperate with each other to carry out joint distribution.After the formation of joint distribution alliance,how to integrate the dispersed resources and how to allocate the cost among the participants in the distribution alliance has become a problem worth studying.This paper expounds the related theories of joint distribution and cost allocation,analyses the problems of high distribution cost,low distribution efficiency,low degree of information sharing and lack of effective operation mechanism in the process of fresh pork distribution,and points out that the implementation of joint distribution by fresh pork supplier distribution enterprises can achieve effective integration of resources.Based on the analysis of the composition of the fresh pork joint distribution system,two major problems in the operation of the fresh pork joint distribution system are put forward: one is the lack of integration mechanism of resources;the other is the cost allocation.The customer groups of distribution centers are determined by clustering analysis,geometric center of gravity partitioning method and the shortest distance discriminant graph method.The vehicle routing problem with time windows in multi-distribution centers is transformed.The resource integration mechanism is designed by genetic algorithm.The cost allocation problem of multi-person cooperative alliance is analyzed by cooperative game theory and transformed by positive linear transformation.At the same time,the index system and fuzzy evaluation model of bargaining power of fresh pork joint distribution alliance are constructed based on analytic hierarchy process.Reasonable bargaining power coefficients of enterprises are determined to revise the cost allocation results of traditional Shapley value method and verify the rationality and validity of the model.Constructing a fair and reasonable cost allocation mechanism can remedy the demand point distributionproblem caused by the common distribution route selection to a certain extent,and avoid the contradiction caused by the path selection problem of the alliance participants.
