| Claim work is an important part of the insurance company's service and is the key to the company's brand.The original non-car insurance claims system has been online since 2005.After 13 years,the old system's technical structure and function gradually show shows a mismatch with the development of the company's business and can not fully meet the needs of the development of non-car insurance business.Through the construction of a new generation of non-car insurance claim system,we will meet the needs of the company's business development in the next 3-5 years,to build a leading industry,advanced technology to support non-car insurance business information system.The front-end separation claim system has good user experience design,fast and flexible third-party business docking capability,reasonable architecture design to reduce the coupling,meet the system's high concurrency and large data volume import efficient processing capability,through the tool Introduce and assist the ability to improve continuous integration.Report module is the source of data that flow into the claim system.It's necessary to design a complete and robust functional report module.In the early stage of this paper,the demand manager and the customers conducted a survey on demand through a number of rounds of demand negotiations,and had a detailed understanding of the non-auto insurance new claims system requirements,and combined with the successful project experience in the past,to analyze and develop a new system.The development and testing specifications,analysis of system functions,non-functional aspects,the project team embraced the Internet frontier technology changes,boldly adopt new technologies,on this basis,using the current Java popular development framework SpringBoot framework for development,Combined with the J2EE specification and Oracle database technology,each function module in the total design is designed and implemented in detail.The main functions of the report module include accepting the customer service center report,querying the historical case information to de-weight,and reporting the node to the filing node.After nine months of research,development and testing,the system has been delivered online,and it runs smoothly on the webpage.The first phase of the project has reached the milestone in the project,meeting the delivery conditions and being well received by customers. |
