With the progress of Internet technology and the popularization of intelligent devices,the Internet self-media emerges as the times require.UGC(User Generated Content)has become a new way for users to use the Internet,and the self-media has shown a strong vitality in the production and dissemination of information.In these Internet self-media,amateur cameraman not only spread the news through the network which they record around and excavate from society in the form of video and sound,but also provide content for many video platforms actively.Amateur cameraman not only spread the news which they record around and excavate from society in the form of video and sound,but also provide content for many video platforms actively.Besides the professional cameraman,the news media and platform begin to capture and build their own amateur cameraman-community as a support power of self-media development.This paper takes amateur cameraman-community of Btime as the research object,combines news production and community operation effectively,aiming at putting forward a strategy which is the universality of news media build cameraman community under the background of mobile internet.The thesis is divided into four aspects:Firstly,it teases the construction process of amateur cameraman community of Btime.Secondly,the paper describes the members of Btime.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the operation process of amateur cameraman-community of Btime from four aspects:bringing new,surviving;promoting and transforming,and then points out its operation strategy.Finally,putting forward some optimized suggestions to the problems existing in the operation.The research method of this paper is to combine the qualitative research based on functional analysis and experiential observation with the quantitative study of questionnaire investigation and analysis,and supported with a lot of literature.The research value of this paper lies in the innovative analysis of user production content and professional production content from the point of view of hot community operation in the field of practice in China.The conclusion can provide new ideas for the development of information short video field,and also provide reference for the follow-up related research.
