| In recent years,the maritime radio communications have developed rapidly.The illegal setup and use of radio stations have increased considerably,which lead to the disorder of the maritime radio communications.The technical means and system platforms of the radio management department for land monitoring and supervision have tended to mature and perfect.However,in the radio monitoring of the sea,only the radio frequency range can be monitored.Even if the illegal vessel is found,the specific attributes(owner,ship number,location,etc.)of the relevant vessel cannot be obtained,which leads to the failure of investigation.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to explore and study the radio monitoring and supervision system platform of land and sea coordination.Firstly,the paper summarizes the application and construction of the basic technical facilities of the radio management organization,demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the existing problems,and puts forward the construction ideas and system solutions.Secondly,the paper realizes the integration and coordination of radio monitoring on land and at sea by integrating AIS system,sound grain recognition,large data processing and other key technologies.Thirdly,the paper proposes to use the correlation interferometer direction finding technology to solve the problem of signal direction finding and positioning accuracy,and verifies the system accuracy through the actual test;The paper solves the problem of being unable to obtain data information of ships at sea by the combination of AIS and existing radio monitoring direction-finding data,and verifies the feasibility of the system scheme;In order to deal with the problem of short time and heavy task in emergency at sea,the paper introduces the sound pattern recognition and big data processing technology,and verifies the feasibility through simulation.Finally,a simple test system platform is built,which is verified by simulating the practical application environment. |
