| In the Project Management area,more and more theories and tools emerge because of the increasing attention from domestic and foreign companies.In traditional techniques time is the only factor considered,while in simultaneous multi tasks the traditional techniques cause delay and the waste of resources.The implementation of CMM is an effective method to improve the software management process-to control the process of the software production,to improve the organization of the software producer and to promote the personal individual capacity of software producer.With the national Golden Insurance Project getting more solidified in the HR and social security field,resettlement of demobilized military officers has been included in the second phase of the blueprint of Golden Insurance.At the 3rd quarter of 2015,Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security had started the information construction for managing the resettlement of demobilized military officers.For many years,when the Golden Insurance project is being constructed at various fields,the project process management has always been a key factor of research,while taking the reference of process management of Golden Insurance project at other fields,how to carry out the process management of demobilized military officers resettlement in a pertinent and scientific manner has become one of the important tasks in this project construction.In this paper,with the summarization of existing literature and the researcher's own work experience,the formed project planning and control theory were reviewed.Considering the characteristics of the project itself,related factors during project execution that may affect project progress,CMM standard development system,project plan and control methodology such as agile development system,the paper conducts research on the progress management of the information management software development project for resettlement of demobilized military officers.At the progress planning stage,conduct analysis on project stakeholders,and establish project organization structure which is composed of customers,users,and construction team;allocate and sort tasks through utilizing WBS methodology;conduct seeking on the key routes of the project through utilizing network diagram;optimize progress plan through analysis on the project's testing complexity,key routes,and stakeholders.At progress controlling stage,utilize agile development method,and place the customers'requirement as the core,takes the demand of users as the core,takes iteration,and step-by-step method to carry on the software development.In Agile Development,the software project is divided into many sub-projects in the early stage of construction,and the results every sub-project are tested,with the characteristics of visible,integrated and operational.Thus achieving a goal of standardizing project management,discerning assignment allocation,clarifying organization structure,optimizing team coordination,ensuring quality service,and improving project profit,etc.It builds a highly performing software development team which enables a smooth and sound operation of the soft development project for Demobilized Military Officers Resettlement Information Management. |
