Research On Rural Archives Resources And Their Management Models In The New Period

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical orientation for China's development.Under the background of the new era,how to solve the "Three Rural Issues" and fully realize the revitalization of the countryside has become an important proposition that affects China's social stability and economic development.At the same time,in China,with the continuous study of the essential attributes of archives and the exploration of the archives value in the information age,the socialization of archives services has become the theoretical expansion of archivists and the practical requirements of archivists.The local archives resources exist in China's rural society.They are produced in the process of social and historical changes,of production activities,of peasants'lifetime and of management activities in the rural area.They have been recorded,preserved and distributed through different carrier forms,and contain abundant records of social life,economic development and history,civilization,local imprint and other contents.From these local archive resources,we can find all kinds of evidences and records on the requirements of developing rural economy,cultivating new rural youth,protecting rural ecology,shaping rural civilization,and gathering collective strength to achieve various aspects of rural revitalization.Besides,these local archives resources have enriched the extension of China's archive socialization services.However,at present,the field of archival science in China has not paid much attention to the local archive resources.The relevant researches mainly focus on the specific form and some parts of the local archive resources.They haven't yet focus on the integrity of the local archive resources,and yet haven't combined the local and realistic demands in the current background in Chinese rural.At the same time,the related researches haven't proposed a macroscopic theoretical model of locality,reality and sustainability,and did not make the political orientation value,industrial value and cultural inheritance value of the local archives resources fully,effectively and comprehensively exploited.Based on the background of current background of China,theoretical demands and the existing situation of the incomplete and imperfect exploration,protection and utilization of local archive resources,this paper starts with the definition of the concept of "local archive resources" and analyzes the connotation and characteristics.The micro-research method examines the protection of existing local archives resources in individual villages,and try to find the contradictions and main influencing factors in the protection management.At last bu not least,trying to establish a macro-model framework around the management of local archives resources--the village-based collective The local archives resource management model,the modal proposes ideas from the actors of management behaviors,the management philosophy,the basic principles of management work.,and the management methods.Based on this model,trying to transform local archive resources into "living archive resources" and promoting the development and continuation of the value of local archive resources,and achieving its role in promoting the revitalization of the countryside in the new era.
