This paper studied the characteristics and advantages of the different interface layouts,through a theoretical analy sis on the visual elements of interactive interface of hotel service robot,including its hue,saturation and brightness of the color,the type,size and spacing of the icons,the font,font size and spacing of the text,as well as the position,size and arrangement of the pictures.In analyzing the workflow of hotel service robot,the method of optimizing the attributes of interactive interface elements to improve the efficiency of human-computer interaction has been brought up.Furthermore,the paper summed up the flow and interface design principles in regards of human-computer Interaction design method of service robot.The experimental part was conducted through eye tracker.Firstly,through a single-variable single-task search experiment targeting the hue,saturation and brightness of the color,the shape,size and spacing of the icon,the position of the image placement,the eye movement data including the first fixation time,the all fixation time,and the number of fixation points were fully obtained.In making comparison of the experimental data,the law of affection on the efficiency of human-eye search and recognition by the change of interactive interface elements is derived.From which defined the color matching for optimal search efficiency is 134 in color difference,51 in saturation difference,80 in brightness difference.The highest search efficiency for icons works when the size is 76 pixels and the interval is 1.2 times of its own size.And content in the second quadrant is the first to be observed,which is 80%faster than the fourth quadrant.Then,select the full version,symmetrical type,split type layout for time-limit observation experiment.The eye tracker can record the experimental data and generate the heat map and the line of sight trajectory automatically.Through image analysis,types of user attention and visual flow like "on the full version:text are read first","on symmetrical type:from middle to both sides","on split type:from picture to text" and other types of user attention and visual flow were summed up.A hotel service robot interaction interface was designed combined with the interface design method and experimental data in this paper.Text,picture,icon and layout were chose to be the interface evaluation elements,and the evaluation weight of each evaluation element was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the symmetry and uniformity of the interface layout is the most important,the color,spacing and size of the icon are second,the fonts,the text colors,and pictures are the weakest.Combining the eye movement data analysis and evaluation weights of each interface evaluation element,the mathematical model of interface evaluation was constructed,and the interface attribute,eye movement data and interface evaluation were connected.The interface designed before was evaluated according to the mathematical model.To optimize the interface,this paper according to the order of the weights of evaluation elements,adjust the interface feature attributes to approximate the experimental optimal values.
