With the development of China's public transportation sector,residents'travel problems have been basically solved from the hardware conditions,but the demand for more intelligent public transportation information systems has become increasingly strong.At present,some smart bus solutions on the market have some problems.For example,smart bus systems based on car GPS require a large number of GPS devices to be installed,which are costly,difficult to maintain,and unable to obtain passenger information.The bus arrival prediction,its performance depends on the number of users who install and use the APP;the real-time performance of passenger data collection and analysis using card data is often difficult to guarantee.In view of this situation,this paper conducts the application research of the smart bus system based on the Wi-Fi data collected by the Wi-Fi probe deployed at the bus station,which has the characteristics of low cost,simple maintenance,and no need for the user to actively participate.In addition,based on Wi-Fi data,it can not only detect and predict bus operation information,but also realize the analysis and mining of passenger data,and improve the practicability of the system.However,when Wi-Fi data is applied to the smart public transportation system,the system implementation faces new challenges due to its limited data coverage,unrelated data interference,and low spatial and temporal precision of the data.Therefore,this paper first proposes a group detection algorithm based on trajectory clustering and"group"model for bus-to-station detection.Using the bus arrival time obtained by the algorithm,a bus-to-station prediction algorithm based on the improved LSTM model is proposed,and the real data set acquired by the Wi-Fi probe deployed in a city in Zhejiang Province is used to detect and predict the algorithm.The performance was verified and analyzed.Based on this,based on the actual data acquisition system,this paper develops a smart bus information service system based on Wi-Fi data.The system consists of two subsystems,namely the bus operation information subsystem and the bus report subsystem.The bus operation information subsystem is mainly for the passenger group,and the passengers can obtain and query the bus operation information through the Android APP.The bus report subsystem is mainly for the bus company,and displays the report through the web page,and displays the relevant reports of the station traffic,passenger waiting time and other reports to the bus company.
