Research On The Satisfaction Of Educational Needs Of Paper-based Users

In recent years,paper media has launched small journalists.Hefei's various Metropolis Daily reporters' activities are aimed at primary and secondary school students to provide quality education as a selling point,and to poke the parents'educational needs for their children.Under the background of the traditional media seeking transformation and integration,the small reporter activities are grafted and distributed to the newspaper industry to cultivate future users.However,in the process of development,the small journalist project has problems such as poor organization and homogenization.This article attempts to find out what kind of educational products users need,what kind of products the newspaper thinks and provides.Can a truly valuable form of educational product emerge in the process of using satisfaction?According to the satisfaction of the feedback from the parents of the small reporters,it is necessary to see whether the newspapers have met their required educational needs in the course of continuous practice.Can a small journalist project serve as a new sustainable growth point for paper-based strategic survival?From July to November 2018,the author conducted a four-month field survey in the "Jianghuai Morning News" and "Hefei Evening News" small reporter departments under Hefei Newspaper Media Group.Participate in the daily work and activities of the small reporter department.The research location is usually in the place where the small reporter organizes the activities.The author interviews the parents of the small reporters as the interns.At the same time,he joins the WeChat Evening News reporter WeChat activity group,and the members of the WeChat group are the parents of the small reporters.The research is based on qualitative research,supplemented by questionnaires.Through research,it is found that the parents of small reporters regard the newspaper reporter platform as an extension of extracurricular quality education,and believe that children have achieved a comprehensive quality improvement in their activities.The small reporters' dissatisfaction with the small reporters',project mainly lies in the organization and management problems in the process of small journalists' activities.They believe that they can divide activities according to the age of children,increase the frequency and type of activities,and invest in human and material resources to systematically operate small reporter projects.In the long run,the small reporter project can drive newspapers to generate income and cultivate future readers,which can serve as a growth point for the strategic survival of paper media.
