| With the attention paid by governments at all levels to people's livelihood and the vigorous investment of state funds in civil affairs,China's civil affairs has made considerable progress.Medical assistance is an important part of social assistance.In order to further improve the rationality and efficiency of medical assistance,the idea of information management is introduced into the medical assistance system.Therefore,in order to coordinate the overall development of medical care and solve the practical problem of "difficult and expensive medical treatment" for the poor,the state has put forward the corresponding civil medical policy,aiming at raising funds through social donations and government appropriations,so as to grant medical expenses to the people with special difficulties.After fully analyzing the policy requirements and the status quo of medical informatization,this paper makes a detailed study of the business process of civil medical assistance,establishes a new management model and service platform,and realizes the assistant decision-making function of medical assistance fund management module by combining Apriori algorithm of association analysis.The specific work is as follows:(1)Demand analysisFully understand the civil medical rescue process and medical rescue system business,define user roles,use UML use case diagrams to model the rights and functions of each role,clarify the business needs of the subsystem,and analyze the feasibility of the system from the aspects of economy,technology and system security.(2)Detailed design of the systemIn the process of system design,we strictly abide by the principle of software design,and design database and main function modules according to system requirement analysis.At the same time,combined with the Apriori algorithm of correlation analysis,the decision-making function of medical aid fund management module is realized.(3)Implementation of PlatformThe platform is based on ASP.NET programming language,using Visual Studiodevelopment environment,using jQuery Easy UI as the front-end interface design framework,and using SQL Server 2008 as the database to complete the implementation of the medical aid system.(4)System testingFinally,through the design of test cases to test the various functional modules of the system,the test results show that the effect of each function of the medical aid system meets the needs of users and achieves the desired goals.At present,the system has been deployed and used in many provinces,and the operation is stable. |
