In today's information explosion,massive amounts of information data are recorded in various information systems.Because the amount of data is too large,people are more difficult to handle.Business process mining not only links event data to process models,but also processes them.As a new type of application in business process management,business process mining can restore the operation process of business processes by processing and analyzing the event logs of related business system operations.At the same time,the event log sequence is used to optimize and analyze the initial model,and then the final model can be obtained.Research process mining technology can not only improve system operation efficiency,reduce operating costs,but also improve service quality and production efficiency.At present,online shopping has become one of the mainstream consumption methods of people,and the competition of e-commerce platforms is increasingly fierce.In order to improve their work efficiency and service quality,and enhance customer's user stickiness and satisfaction,many online merchants use the mining online shopping business process to interact with their business processes,and use this method to optimize the process system and then eliminate it.Its traditional management methods are used to improve work efficiency and service satisfaction.In the process of process mining,the influence of internal and external factors has a great impact on mining and interaction,which may result in the difference between the model and its actual online shopping business process through mining and interaction,which affects the efficiency of the system and increases its work.To explore the mining method of online shopping business process system,it is of great practical value and theoretical significance to analyze the change domain of business process system after interaction and consolidation.At present,the commonly used methods for correlation analysis of data include association rule method,decision tree method,neural network method,clustering method and support vector machine method.Some methods are based on causal relationships that are directly dependent on activities to build a business process model that builds related systems.Some methods can dig out the indirect relationship between activities,but it still can't solve the behavioral relationship between activities in essence.In actual operation,it often causes a deadlock or siphon condition.Based on the relevant knowledge and related properties of behavioral contours,this paper proposes a behavioral contour based online shopping system business process mining and interaction merging method,and analyzes the change domain generated by the interaction between the client and the merchant in the online shopping system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)First of all,for exploring business process problems in online shopping systems,most of the existing mining has certain deficiencies,because most of their concerns are based on the analysis of the correlation structure between activities in the event log.This paper is based on the behavioral contour order relationship of Petri nets to obtain the behavior relationship between event log activities in the system.Based on the behavior relationship between event log activities,the process model is mined,and an online log-based business process system mining method based on event log is proposed.Next,in order to confirm the validity of the mining model,we verify the compliance between the mining model obtained by this method and the actual process model,and perform the compliance test.This allows the excavated model to have a higher match with the actual model.(2)For the online shopping process,the method of interaction between the client(ie,the customer online shopping process)and the merchant(business order processing process)business process,and the change domain that may occur after the interaction of the two process models,most of the existing studies are based on structural considerations.They will perform simple interaction and merging according to the order in which the activities in the business process occur,and fail to consider the problem that there may be a change domain after the model interaction and merge,which has certain limitations.This paper determines the mutual matching relationship between business processes based on behavioral contour relationships and determines the maximum matching domain.The method of interactively merging the client(ie,the customer online shopping business process)and the merchant(ie the merchant ordering business process)in the online shopping business process system based on the behavior profile of the Petri net is given,and the method of finding the changing domain is also given.The causes of the change domain were analyzed.By combining the interrelationships between activities in the business process model,the change domain generated after the interaction of the two business process models is discussed,and the analysis of the change domain is improved.Figure [16] table [13] reference [67]...
