| With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,the application of intelligent manufacturing technology is more extensive,and the links between different parts of industrial production and equipment are closer.Equipment failure in the production process will not only affect the completion of the production plan,resulting in economic losses,but also bring some security risks.The existing fault diagnosis system has such problems as insufficient flexibility,low efficiency and poor expansibility,and single form of fault alarm information.In order to meet the fault diagnosis needs of current equipment in industrial fields,this paper designs an fault diagnosis system of industrial field based on public cloud.The main works are as follows:(1)Take the ozone generator system as the research object,use the industrial wireless network and PROFITNET protocol to collect the operational data of the ozone generator system to the local monitoring terminal,and realize the real-time display of the status of the ozone generator system.(2)Study the fault characteristics of the ozone generator system,establish fault diagnosis samples,and use MATLAB simulation experiment to determine the structure of the neural network and related parameters.The fault diagnosis algorithm which is based on BP neural network is trained by off-line method.(3)Deploy the fault diagnosis algorithm which is based on BP neural network on AliCloud,establish the cloud diagnosis center,and realize the fault diagnosis of the ozone generator system by using the system operation data uploaded by the local monitoring terminal.(4)The B/S architecture is adopted to build the remote client terminal,and the DataV data visualization and SendSms short message service of AliCloud are used to realize the online monitoring,historical curve query,fault alarm and other functions of the ozone generator system.(5)The relevant functions of the fault diagnosis system designed in this paper are tested to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the industrial field fault diagnosis system based on the public cloud.This paper combines the fault diagnosis algorithm with the public cloud platform,based on the B/S architecture,and uses the data visualization,SMS alarm and other services to realize an industrial field fault diagnosis system based on the public cloud.The system can solve the problems of low efficiency of fault diagnosis,insufficient flexibility of data remote monitoring,single form of fault alarm,etc. |
