Abstract/Summary:
As a precise digital angle sensor,photoelectric encoder is widely used in aerospace,precision measurement,industrial control and automatic inspection.With the continuous development of China's intelligent manufacturing industry,the market demand for photoelectric encoders is increasing.At the same time,the accuracy and efficiency of photoelectric encoder angle measurement accuracy calibration are also put forward higher requirements.In order to meet the requirements of rapid detection of angle measurement accuracy of various types of photoelectric encoders in multiple production workshops of the factory,it is of great value to develop a multi-position automatic calibration system for angle measurement accuracy of photoelectric encoders.Based on the automation of photoelectric encoder angle measurement accuracy calibration,according to the factory environment and the technical requirements of photoelectric encoder angle measurement accuracy calibration,a multi-position automatic calibration system for photoelectric encoder angle measurement accuracy is designed.The system is divided into calibration node and server.The calibration node uses STM32 microprocessor as control chip,permanent magnet synchronous motor as execution unit and high-precision encoder as measurement datum;design of mechanical structure and control circuit of calibration node and analysis of the influence of calibration nodes on the calibration results realize the automatic collection function of calibration data;d Designing data transmission device by using Ethernet communication technology to realize long-distance transmission of calibration data of calibration nodes.The calibration data is transmitted over a long distance,the pulse/direction control algorithm is used to realize the closed-loop position control of the calibration node,and the edge-to-surface automatic detection method is used to determine the calibration position of the photoelectric encoder.The server uses VB to design the human-machine interface,and uses the mixed programming of MATLAB and VB to realize the processing of calibration data,which realize the control of the automatic calibration process,the transmission of calibration data and the management and analysis of calibration data for the photoelectric encoder.Through the system test and application experiment,the multi-position automatic calibration system for measuring the angular accuracy of the photoelectric encoder designed in this paper realizes the technical requirements for the calibration of the angular accuracy of the photoelectric encoder.It can be used for calibration of the angular accuracy of batch photoelectric encoders in the factory environment.
