Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System Of An Airline Company

Computer technology has been integrated into all walks of life and played an important role.Aviation branch companies have also begun to use computer systems to deal with daily management affairs.In the past,the office management system can only send transaction processing,but cannot deal with and manage other affairs,so it is difficult to meet the needs of automation construction of Aviation branch.This paper designs and implements a special office system for a local aviation branch,through which the daily affairs of the aviation branch can be managed.The design and development of this system is completed in accordance with the object-oriented design process.The following tasks have been accomplished:(1)The research significance of office automation system in aviation enterprises is analyzed in detail.At the same time,relevant literature is consulted to understand the current situation and situation at home and abroad.Finally,the research papers and organizational structure of the system are planned.(2)At the stage of system requirement analysis and design,the UML modeling method is used to analyze and design the use cases,function design,performance requirements and data class design of each role of the system in detail through the modeling tool.Based on ASP.NET technology,this paper designs and implements each functional module of the system,and uses the modular design process to design and implement the system settings,notification management,staff management and other modules in detail.(3)Design the security of the system.Because security is related to the security of the whole system,this paper uses a special encryption algorithm to operate and process the Web Service communication.When the system is running,there will be a large number of data,using SQL Server 2012 database management and storage operations.(4)Using black and white box method to test and analyze.Before the test,a special test case is designed to test the function and performance of the system.This paper designs and implements the office automation system of the aviation branch company.After the deployment of this system,it greatly improves the practicability of enterprise operation.At the same time,it also promotes the aviation branch company to better serve customers,gains the recognition of the vast number of users,and provides a reference for the design of similar systems.
