Research On The Construction Of University Intellectual Propertv Information Service Center In Yunnan University

Nowadays,in the era of the in-depth development of China's knowledge economy and economic globalization,the implementation of intellectual property strategy plays an important role in promoting national technological innovation and development.In order to implement the State Council's intellectual property strategic planning and deployment,respond to the call of the State Intellectual Property Office and the Ministry of Education,it is imperative to build an intellectual property information center based on university libraries and provide complete and complete services for intellectual property issues.OK.Based on the research on the status quo of China's intellectual property information,this paper analyzes the actual needs of local IP information services in Yunnan Province,aiming at proposing a full integration of existing information resources and human resources,and using the best universities in Yunnan Province.On the basis of data resources and unique academic background,we successfully applied for and established an intellectual property information service center based on the library of Yunnan University to provide high-quality intellectual property rights for local govertnments,research institutes,universities,and social enterprises.Information services contribute to the promotion of the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in universities.Through research,the author participated in research on related aspects of intellectual property infomnation services that have been served by Yunnan University Library,such as Yunnan Nonferrous Metals Lead,Zinc,Aluminum,Copper,Tin,Indium and Titanium Industry Innovation Benefit Development Research Project,Provincial Patent Information Utilization The project is a major scientific and technological project for genetic engineering of Yunnan rare metal materials.The project is mainly based on the collaborative innovation model of"Government,Industry,Research and Use",and the feasibility of genetic engineering for the eight non-ferrous metals and rare metal materials in Yunnan from the perspective of intellectual property infonnation services.Conduct analytical studies.
