| The government presented the triple play strategy in 2010.After eight years of development,the telecommunication network,the television network,and the Internet have been indeed "integrated",but the degree of integration among the networks varies.Mostly,telecommunicat ion network and the Internet are taking away the benefits that originally belonged to television network.The cable TV market has been blocked and the development of value-added services has entered a difficult position.Under this circumstance,it is a sore challenge for cable TV to figure out how to further develop cable value-added services.With the rapid development of TV technology and the Internet,people now have access to a large number of TV programs through smart TVs or two-way set-top boxes at home.Meanwhile,TV service providers can extract all operating data of TV users in real time and accurately.In order to recommend TV programs that cater to users and advertisements that target at potential consumers,it is crucial to construct accurate user portrait by analyzing the data of the user's This paper first describes the current development status of telecommunication network,TV network and the Internet after the integrat ion of the three networks,and analyzes the dilemma of TV network.Then,after comparing t he content distribution of Jiangsu cable value-added services eight years ago with its revision now,the paper emphasizes the significance of user portrait research on the development of Jiangsu cable value-added services.In order to ensure the authenticity of the research,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey,covering the user' s basic information,TV watching habits,TV use perception,TV use expectation,other channels for acquiring information,etc.,to study user portraits,and in the end to draw a basic port rai t for Jiangsu cable val ue-added users.Furthermore,based on the research results,suggestions for the future development of value-added services are proposed.Finally,this study summarizes the research,proposes the role of user portrait research on the development of value-added services,looks out to the future of the research,and also suggests the possible direction for follow-up researches. |
