In recent years,the mobile Internet is quietly "flying into the homes of ordinary people." The application and development of computer technology has subtly changed the means,methods and ways for humans to obtain information.Network information dissemination and knowledge production have emerged in large numbers.The National 13 th Five-Year Plan and the National Innovation Driven Development Strategy Outline and the Action Plan for Promoting Big Data Development point out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of digital China,attach importance to knowledge-intensive service industries,and promote the construction of national knowledge service platforms and knowledge resource service centers.The vigorous development of "Internet +",the strong driving of digital publishing and knowledge payment,the publishing institutions actively use Internet thinking to change the way of content production and dissemination,and promote new publishing activities,service models and publishing formats,open a new horizon for publication,and enter Platform construction in the field of knowledge services.In the era of big data,the demand for users continues to increase,the attributes of users begin to diversify,and the content of services and the needs of audiences cannot be effectively transmitted and docked into the dilemma of the publishing industry.As a tool for depicting target groups and connecting users' demands,user portraits can effectively integrate knowledge resources,manage knowledge systems,accurately serve audiences,and solve the increasingly obvious problems of “information overload” and “knowledge hunger”.This paper first analyzes the research background,significance and relevant research situation at home and abroad,and discusses the status quo and problems of knowledge service in the publishing industry through questionnaires,in-depth interviews and case analysis.Secondly,it discusses the necessity,method,model and implementation constraints of constructing user portraits in the publishing industry knowledge service.Finally,the "data + content + service + sharing + feedback" model based on user portrait is the path selection and key elements of the publishing industry knowledge service.Combining the concepts of "user portrait" and "cognitivesurplus" to give innovation communication and The specific practical measures for the publishing industry to avoid the disadvantages,namely,integrating data resources,implementing user portraits,developing high-quality content,enhancing brand image,opening up online and offline,promoting payment normalization,creating a model of multi-integrated development,and publishing sustainable development.path of.In the aspect of expounding the realization of user portraits,there is a lack of corresponding literature reference and reference.That is,the study of user service as a tool and theory for publishing industry knowledge services has not yet begun.This is the difficulty of this paper.Regarding the innovation of research,one is to use the concept of user portraits to study publishing knowledge services from the perspective of audiences;the other is to analyze the construction of knowledge service platform in the publishing industry involving big data and technology;the third is to propose "cognitive surplus" in publishing The value of the industry is applied.The research in this paper has important significance for the theoretical and practical value of the academic community and the industry.Knowledge service is not a gust of wind,but a mainstream platform for system cognition,enhancement,and lifelong learning in the fragmentation time of users.It has won the opportunity for the traditional publishing industry to upgrade itself,and will promote the efficiency of the entire social collaboration and the development of the knowledge economy.
