Research On Archival Information Service Ecosystem In The Context Of "Internet Plus"

"'Internet Plus'is a deep integration of innovation achievement of Internet with all areas of the economic society promoting technological advancement,efficiency improvement and organizational change,enhancing innovation and productivity of the real economy,forming a broader economic society development of Internet-based infrastructure and innovative elements.""Internet Plus"strategy is having a profound impact on all walks of life in China,and information service industry is no exception.As an important part of information service industry,archival information service industry is obviously inseparable from promotion and support of"Internet Plus"strategy.In the context of"Internet Plus",the development of archival information service ushered in new opportunities,is also facing new challenges.Its volatility and complexity have been greatly improved.Therefore,it is urgent to investigate archival information service in the context of"Internet Plus"from a new research perspective to grasp new opportunities and meet new challenges.Information ecosystem theory and information service ecosystem theory are products of intersection of informatics theory and ecological theory.They research some problems of information ecology and information service ecology from the perspective of ecosystem,and provide a new research perspective for archival information service in the context of"Internet Plus".This paper draws on the relevant theories of information ecosystem and information service ecosystem.Based on the definition of related concepts of archival information service ecosystem in the context of"Internet Plus",this paper elaborates on the constituent elements of the system and the relationship between the various elements,and analyzes the main factors affecting the equilibrium of the system,and proposes some principles and strategies to promote the equilibrium of archival information service ecosystem,in order to provide inspiration or reference for the overall development of China's archival information service in the context of"Internet Plus".This paper is divided into six parts:the first part is introduction.,which mainly introduces background and basis of the research,purpose and significance of the research,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods,research characteristics and innovations;the second part elaborates the related concepts and theories of archival information service ecosystem in the context of "Internet Plus",including the concept of archival information service ecological niche,the concept of archival information service ecological chains,the concept of archival information service ecosystem,the concept of archival information service ecosystem equilibrium,the information ecosystem theory and the information service ecosystem theory;the third part analyzes the constituent elements and their relationship of archival information service ecosystem in the context of"Internet Plus",including the constituent elements of the ecological subject of archival information service,the ecological object element of archival information service,the constituent elements of the ecological environment of archival information service and the relationship between the above elements;the fourth part analyzes the main factors affecting archival information service ecosystem equilibrium in the context of"Internet Plus",including the breadth of archival information service ecological niche,the overlap of archival information service ecological niche,the operational efficiency of archival information service ecological chains and the changes of archival information service ecological environment;the fifth part puts forward the principles and strategies for promoting archival information service ecosystem equilibrium in the context of"Internet Plus",and the principles mainly include integrity principle,dynamics principle,efficiency principle and forward-looking principle,and the strategies mainly include the reasonable grasp of the breadth of archival information service ecological niche,the appropriate control of the overlap of archival information service ecological niche,the improvement of the operational efficiency of archival information service ecological chains and the optimization of archival information service ecological environment;the sixth part is the research summary and outlook,comprehensively summarizing the whole research and looking forward to future research trends.
