Air defense alarm system is an important part of civil air defense.It is an important early warning method and notification means for air defense operations,dealing with various natural disasters and emergencies.Civil air defense alarm is used for air defense attack early warning in wartime and disaster forecast and emergency report in peacetime.It is an important tool for people's governments at all levels to carry out air defense attack operational command,rescue and disaster relief command,and organize people to evacuate and evacuate in time.At present,both fixed alarm and mobile alarm basically use wired or ultra-short wave transmission form,information control means backward,delivery efficiency is low,reliability is low.With the rapid development of urbanization and the continuous expansion of urban area in China,more and more high-rise buildings in newly-built urban areas have brought about complex electromagnetic environment and poor anti-interference ability;long transmission distance and poor communication effect;new problems such as excessive financial investment,difficult construction and high maintenance cost;old wired,short-wave and ultra-short-wave.The control mode can not achieve the goal of all-weather,all-time,barrier-free,blindness-free,sub-regional and sub-key alarm issuance.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce a new control mode,integrate and develop a new intelligent alarm control system,to overcome the existing alarm control mode by strong interference,long delay,unable to define the alarm status,unable to form a depth of early warning,unable to dynamically issue on demand,unable to sound and release many times in a short time,unable to real-time monitoring problems.The requirement of this thesis comes from the practical application of XX civil air defense system.This thesis discusses how to realize the application of 230 MHz PDT digital trunking in the existing civil air defense alarm control system.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the requirement of the civil air defense alarm control system based on 230 MHz PDT digital trunking,and then discusses the design and implementation of the civil air defense alarm control system based on 230 MHz PDT digital trunking in detail from two aspects: the terminal controller of the alarm control system and the platform of the alarm control system.After implementation.Finally,according to the application requirements of XX civil air defense,the test environment and test topology are described,the test case is compiled,and the SIT test of the system is carried out.At present,the system has been deployed and applied in a certain area of XX civil air defense and has passed the acceptance test.All the indicators have met the requirements.The end of this thesis summarizes the whole research work and points out the contents that need further study.In this thesis,how to realize 230 MHz high power PDT module becomes the key path to realize the civil air defense alarm control system based on 230 MHz PDT digital trunks,and the power control of high power PDT circuit becomes the difficulty to realize 230 MHz high power PDT module.
