As a new generation of display and lighting technology,OLED has been recognized by more and more people.It is popular among merchants for its light weight,excellent light quality and self-illumination of surface light source.With the in-depth development of research and development,researchers have found that there are some problems that need to be solved in the transformation of OLED in industrialization.First,the implementation of full-color OLED is a controversial hot spot,followed by the efficiency and stability of the device,and finally the structure,process and cost of the device itself.Based on the above problems,we propose in this paper to use white light to obtain other monochromatic light through the filter film to achieve full color,and to realize the structure simplification and cost saving of the device by using the mixed matrix structure.First,we used 4,4',4"-Tris(carbazol-9-yl)triphenylamine(TCTA)and 1,3,5-Tri(m-pyridin-3-ylphenyl)benzene(Tmpypb)as hole transport materials.And the electron transport layer,to simplify the structure to save materials and reduce the interface barrier,we use TCTA and Tmpypb to form a mixed matrix material of the luminescent layer,using Iridium(III)[(4,6-difluoro2phenyl)-pyridinato-N,C]picolinate(Firpic)and Iridium(III)bis(4-phenylthieno[3,2-c]pyridinato-0N,C2)acetylacetonate(PO-01)as blue and yellow light-emitting materials,respectively,using a double ultrathin layer light-emitting structure to achieve current High efficiency white light emission with efficiency of 45.25 cd/A and power efficiency of 32.61 lm/W.Through experiments,we believe that the dual light-emitting layer of the hybrid matrix can achieve stable white light emission,and the performance of the device is greatly improved.Dual luminescence to optimize the white light device with a mixed matrix structure.Through the above analysis,we used 4,4'-Bis(9-carbazolyl)-1,1'-biphenyl(CBP)and 1,3,5-tris(2-N-pheylbenzimidazolyl)benzene(TPBi)as a hole transport material and an electron transport material,respectively,With fewer interface barriers,we still use CBP and TPBi doping to form a mixed matrix of luminescent layers.We still use luminescent materials Firpic and PO-01 as blue and yellow luminescent materials,of which Firpic has a doping ratio of 8%,PO-The doping ratio of 01 is 5%,which respectively constitute two luminescent layers.In the optimization experiment,we first fix the matrix doping ratio of the blue layer,optimize the yellow layer,and then optimize the matrix of the blue layer with the same idea.By optimizing the doping ratio of the mixed matrix,we achieved a high-quality white light emission with a current efficiency of 52.047 cd/A and a power efficiency of 46.71 lm/W.
