Research On Digital Library Precision Recommendation Service Based On User Portrait

With the rapid development of technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things,we have entered the era of DT(Data Technology)from the era of IT(Information Technology).Data has become an important production factor for research in all walks of life and an important knowledge base for subject research.And data has become a new kinetic energy for the innovation and transformation of digital libraries.As a tool to understand the target users,to visualize the users image,and to clarify the service target,user portraits are widely used to interpret user requirements and achieve precise services.User requirements are the foundation of digital library development.Digital library obtains user's full sample data by constructing user portraits,accurately understands users' actual needs,potential needs and future needs,and visualized user's preferences.Accurate matching of digital library resources and services in the peer-to-peer interaction with the user.This paper changes the perspective of digital library service through user portrait,re-plans the development strategy from the perspective of users,helps the digital library service supply-side change from "extensive" to "precise",and realizes the innovation of precise recommendation service of digital library.This paper,from the perspective of user portrait,aims to innovate the precise recommendation service system of digital library,according to the process from theoretical basis to model construction to empirical research,and comprehensively uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to carry out research from the following aspects: First of all,under the background of the transformation from information age to the data age,as well as the domestic and international research status of user portraits and digital library accurate recommendation services,the elaboration of related concepts such as user portraits and digital library accurate recommendation services.The meaning and value provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the system and empirical analysis.Secondly,the user portrait is placed in the specific field of the digital library.The user portraits of the digital library are interpreted from the aspects of demand analysis and analytic hierarchy.The necessity of the digital library user portrait is proposed,from the contact point data layer label-label system layer-scheme output layer analyze the hierarchical structure of the user portrait of the digital library,and then explain the functions of the user portrait in the precise service,including integrating user behavior data,accurately positioning the target user and assisting the precise recommendation service,which are the basis of the digital library's precise recommendation service innovation.Thirdly,based on the digital library user portrait analysis,the framework of digital library precise recommendation service system is innovated.According to innovation requirements,including the content precision,positioning accuracy,functional customization and platform intelligent,combined with user,basic data and user modeling components,from the data module,recommendation module and user module to hierarchical deconstruction and analysis the innovation system of the digital library accurate recommendation service.In the process of accumulating user data-mining user data-analyzing user data-making use of user data layer by layer,precise recommendation service innovation of digital library is realized.Finally,the data of digital library users in specific scenarios are selected,the results of user portraits are displayed by clustering technology.Combined with the clustering results,the application of digital library precision recommendation service is realized.
