Digital TV is an important media for people's cultural life,which has greatly enriched the spiritual civilization of the masses.For digital television,broadcast television bears the responsibility of ensuring the political security,content security and high-quality output of front-end television,especially the front end of digital television,which is the core and key to the entire television supply platform.With the gradual expansion of the digital television market,the number of digital television users has gradually increased.Now it has basically replaced the traditional analog television users.The monitoring systems of major radio and television stations around television signals are also undergoing earth-shaking changes.The traditional television surveillance system is faced with problems such as slow data processing,incomplete monitoring,inability to store information,inability to analyze data,lagging equipment,and poor environment in the computer room,which makes it impossible for the shift staff to handle the problem in a timely and accurate manner.How to upgrade and improve the old television monitoring system has become a problem that every radio and television station must face.Based on this,radio and television needs to build an effective digital television front-end real-time monitoring system to ensure that the front-end television content output is normal,and can cope with common security playback problems.This paper mainly designs and implements a new digital monitoring system,improves many problems of the traditional television monitoring system,and realizes a system based on IP construction and TS stream code transmission.Firstly,this paper adopts multi-screen monitoring module to automatically receive client definition for the layout and implementation of the screen,and automatically judges the faults such as static frame,black field,silent sound according to the defined parameters,notifies the client and stores the fault record.After receiving IP signals,all functions such as signal monitoring,code stream recording,fault record inquiry,display screen,and management control front end can be completed.The main equipment uses external DC power supply,which effectively prevents the interaction between power generation and equipment heating.Then,according to the traditional factors that affect the inspection of the duty staff,the greenhouse sensor alarm was added,the environment of the computer room was effectively controlled,and the infrared night vision camera function was added,which increased the ability of the duty staff to control the computer room.Therefore,the equipment adopts the remote monitoringmode,which effectively relieves the problem of the noise of the computer room on the duty personnel.Finally,we added the access control management module to effectively monitor the entry and exit of the computer room.Through the one-to-one correspondence with the access card,the timely and effective response was in the client.The system can realize the comprehensive informatization and automation,automatically monitor the signal,monitor every link and realize the abnormal alarm,and can make the correct response to the interference.In addition,in the management and maintenance of the system,the system is able to monitor the task and daily maintenance,data collection,analysis and query tasks for a comprehensive integration.
