Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Intelligent Communication System Based On Android

With the rapid development of the Internet,enterprises are in the transformation of information technology.The demand for information service is getting higher and higher.This paper designs and completes an intelligent communication system for small and medium-sized enterprises based on Android platform,in order to solve the practical problems of intelligent communication service.This paper deeply studies the key technologies related to the system,including the android technology a SIP protocol stacks PJSIP>RongCloud framework>SQLite and so on.The paper designs the logical framework of the system and the basic functional modules with lots of research and requirement of the system.The main tasks of this paper are as follow:(1)compile PJSIP dynamic library and complete the internet telephony;(2)complete the instant message based on RongCloud;(3)complete intelligent contact management and other function modules.Ultimately,this paper completes an intelligent communication system based on Android.The innovation of the system lies in the integration of various ways,such as instant message?internet telephony.Also it supports intelligent contact management and maximizes the retention of customer resources for the enterprises and reduces the management costs of the enterprises.At the same time,the system is compatible with the existing OA?CRM management systems.It reduces the learning costs of employees and provides convenient and efficient intelligent communication service for small and medium-sized enterprises.
