| With the rapid development of computer technology and manufacturing technology,developed countries such as Europe and the United States began to adopt digital collaborative design technology,which shortened the product development cycle,greatly increased the response speed,and dramatically reduced production costs,bringing huge challenges to the traditional design and manufacturing industry.In recent years,the domestic aerospace industry has made steady progress.In order to realize the dream of a powerful Aerospace country faster and earlier,higher and stricter requirements have been put forward for the informatization of aerospace manufacturing.However,the development of domestic software products is still far behind that of foreign products,especially the integration and maturity are weak.To some extent,it affects the construction and development of information technology in military enterprises.Therefore,we should pay enough attention to make the domestic PLM(product life cycle management)system better and further realize the informatization of aerospace manufacturing industry.Through document management,component management and three-dimensional model management module,we can better solve the problem of basic data management of documents,parts and three-dimensional models in aerospace institutes.Through change management,submission and approval management module,we can solve the problem of change and approval when researchers and designers develop models.Through issuance management,cross-domain management module,we can meet the business of design collaboration and so on.Paper document electronization needs to meet the needs of larger inter-hospital collaborative business and inter-hospital signatures.These modules form a complete PLM system,through the design and implementation of the system,to help the aerospace industry move forward steadily.This system adopts SOA application architecture design and SSH framework for development,and realizes the functions of document management,change management and release management.The main work of the paper is listed as follows:(1)Analyze the development background of product life cycle management system and the research status at home and abroad.(2)Briefly introduce the relevant technologies of system research and development.(3)According to the software life cycle process,the system needs to be analyzed first to determine the functional and performance requirements of the system.(4)Design the system architecture and functional modules of the system.(5)Designing the database of the system.(6)SSH framework is used to realize the system and test the system.At present,the system has been put into use officially.It realizes the cooperation between aerospace informatization construction and digitization,shortens the product development cycle,and improves the design and production efficiency. |
