Corporate social responsibility has been an essential element of constraint in the competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprises consciously fulfilling social responsibilities are not only because of the needs of the company's own development,but also the objective requirements of social development.According to the report of the 19th National People's Congress,we need promoting the construction of honesty and volunteer service system and strengthening the awareness of social responsibility,rule awareness and dedication,which have pointed out the direction for encouraging enterprises to assume social responsibility and comprehensively enhance their core competitiveness.The real estate industry is one of the important industries of China's national economy.With highly efficient development and expansion,the real estate industry has greatly accelerated China's urbanization on the one hand,while on the other hand it also made a certain negative impact on the environment and society.So,the real estate industry should take the corporate social responsibility,combine its own value with social value,and consciously implement the concept of responsible real estate.Based on the needs of the Sunac Southeast Regional Group,this scheme sorts out the relevant theories of corporate social responsibility,analyzes the content of corporate social responsibility of competitive real estate brands,and creatively uses "urban aesthetics" as a new support point for social responsibility of Sunac Southeast.Focusing on urban aesthetics,this scheme firstly constructed the social responsibility model of Sunac Southeast and the management system of stakeholders'claims in the three dimensions of "Market,Environment and Humanity".Secondly,under the three dimensions of "Market,Environment and Humanity",this scheme designs creative activities and communication programs,and finally introduces an evaluation system.This scheme have created a sustainable closed loop from theoretical models,practical communication,and evaluation feedback,thus creating Sunac Southeast as one of the most urban-focused real estate brands.
