Design And Implementation Of Personalized Recommendation And Visual Display System For Scientific Events

Scientific and technological innovation events are an important driving force for national development,and scientific and technological development has always been an important strategic direction of the country.At present,there are many problems in the information management of scientific and technological events,such as too much data,chaotic structure,discrete information and single form of expression.Therefore,scientific,rational and standardized visual management of scientific and technological events is imminent.In this paper,a visual display system based on personalized recommendation is developed,which uses graphical presentation to enable users to obtain information related to scientific and technological events in a more direct and rapid way.Explore the relationship between scientific and technological events,so as to understand the events themselves in a more comprehensive way,and add intelligent recommendation algorithm to provide personalized information recommendation services for users,enhance the user's browsing experience.For the personalized recommendation and visual display system of scientific and technological events,the specific work of this paper is as follows:Discusses how to use popularity-based recommendation algorithm and content-based recommendation algorithm to complete information recommendation for users.For the newly registered users without any historical data,the popular pages generated by high-volume scientific and technological events are pushed to users;after collecting enough browsing data for users,the TF-IDF method is used to extract keywords from the viewing content,establish user preference model,and then the keywords of the items to be recommended are extracted by the same method,and calculate the technology to be recommended by cosine formula.The coincidence degree of event and user preference model is used to recommend the event with the highest similarity ranking to users.The bubble chart is used to effectively analyze the time,background and influence level of scientific and technological events,and to explore the opportunity of scientific and technological events from the perspective of time and space.Processing the related data of scientific and technological events,using json array to store the association relationship between events,the background obtains the data from the server and generates the topological Association graph.At the same time,with the help of pictures,videos,audio and other media resources,this paper introduces science and technology events in detail from multiple dimensions,showing users a more vivid and three-dimensional science and technology events,and showing the causes and consequences of the events more systematically and thoroughly.Design a personalized recommendation and visualization system of scientific and technological events based on three-tier architecture of data layer,business layer and display layer,and use Highcharts technology to realize visualization charts and interactive functions.Intelligent recommendation technology is combined with visual display technology.The personalized recommendation and visual display system of scientific and technological events greatly improves the extraction technology of innovative event information in the field of science and technology,speeds up the extraction of valuable information,and improves the user's browsing experience to meet the user's needs for easy access to information.
