| The signal of millimeter wave radar matters the detection range and precision,and directly affects the performance of radar.Therefore,during the design,debugging,testing,production and delivery process,it is necessary to test and analyze the millimeter wave radar signal.For millimeter wave radar signal as research object,a millimeter-wave radar signal test and analysis system based on PCI Extension for Instrument(PXI)platform is designed to implement the test of millimeter wave radar signal.Specifically,the main discussion and research of this dissertation includes the design of the overall scheme of the system,the research of the key technology of signal testing and the implementation of the system.The main works are as follows:(1)The overall scheme of millimeter wave radar signal test and analysis system is designed.According to the factors influencing millimeter wave radar performance,European Telecommunications Standards Institute standard and China's requirements for millimeter wave radar signal testing,the signal test parameters needed to be analyzed in this system are determined.Based on the analysis of system requirements,the overall scheme of millimeter wave radar signal testing and analysis system based on PXI platform is designed.(2)The time domain,frequency domain and time-frequency domain analysis methods of millimeter wave radar signals are investigated.In the time domain,the signal autocorrelation function is used to estimate the modulation period of the signal.In the frequency domain,an improved periodogram method is proposed to estimate the power spectrum of the signal,and the working frequency band,bandwidth,signal power and other parameters of the signal are analyzed.In the time-frequency domain,the Wigner-Ville Distribution(WVD)method based on Fractional Fourier Transform is proposed to suppress the cross terms of WVD.Then the peak search method is used to extract the instantaneous frequency curve of the signal and estimate the modulation parameters of the signal.Compared with Choi-Williams distribution,simulation result shows that the improved time-frequency analysis method achieves higher accuracy of the estimated modulation parameters under different signal-to-noise ratios.(3)The millimeter wave radar test and analysis system based on PXI platform is implemented.According to the overall scheme of the system,the hardware connection of the two signal sources is designed.The software is divided into the signal data transmission layer,the management layer and the processing layer by modularization,and each module is implemented.(4)The millimeter wave radar signal test and analysis system based on PXI platform is tested.The transmitted signals of 24 GHz millimeter wave radar are tested and analyzed by using experimental equipment,and the feasibility of the system is verified.The accuracy of the system is verified by testing and analyzing the simulated frequency modulation continuous wave signal with experimental equipment. |
