With the rapid development of the Internet,all kinds of industries are developing innovatively through the Internet.Under this background,the digital publishing industry of our country is developing rapidly.In the Internet era,the channels of people to obtain information are more diversified,people's consumption concepts and reading habits have undergone tremendous changes,professional publishing houses urgently need to build a knowledge service model suitable for their own development.In order to adapt to the tremendous changes brought about by the Internet.According to the theory of the elements of business model and the theory of knowledge service life cycle,this paper determines the four elements of professional publishing house's knowledge service model:core resources,business system,value subject and market elements.This paper analyzes and constructs the knowledge service model of the professional publishing house,then evaluates the knowledge service model by using the expert investigation method and Yaahp software,and concludes the advantages and disadvantages of the knowledge service model compared with the traditional publishing model.In order to provide reference for the construction of knowledge service model of professional publishing house in the Internet era.This paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,puts forward the research background,significance,research content,research methods and research ideas,and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter makes a comprehensive description of the relevant theoretical basis used in this paper.The third chapter determines the constituent elements of the professional publishing house knowledge service model and analyzes it separately.The fourth chapter constructs the knowledge service model based on the four elements of the professional publishing house knowledge service model and discusses how to realize the model.In the fifth chapter,the evaluation index system is designed based on the four elements,and the knowledge service model is evaluated by using Yaahp software through AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It is concluded that the knowledge service model has great advantages in meeting the individual needs of users and responding rapidly to market changes,which is suitable for the future development needs of professional publishing houses.The sixth chapter with C publishing house knowledge service model as the case,from the practice angle carries on the analysis demonstration knowledge service model in the professional publishing house promotion feasibility.The seventh chapter summarizes the research on professional publishing house's knowledge service model and its evaluation,and puts forward the deficiency of the research and the research direction in the next step.This paper has carried on the theory research and the case analysis around the professional publishing house knowledge service model.This research is helpful to the further development of the professional publishing house knowledge service model,and can provide some guidance for the practice of the publishing house knowledge service model.Knowledge service model is conducive to improve publishing efficiency and reduce production costs;to improve the professional quality of practitioners;to promote the common development of traditional publishing and knowledge services.22 charts,16 tables and 46 references.
