As an important shape measurement technique,linear structured light has wide application prospects in scientific research and industrial production.The rapid development of morden industrial technology has put forward a series of requirements for measurement technology such as high speed,high precision,low cost and intelligence,which the most critical part is improving measurement precision.At present,the precision of linear structured light can satisfy partial industrial demands,however,the parts which have strict tolerence requirements still cannot be met.The errors affecting the precision of linear structured light measurement come from many aspects,and reducing the measurement error is the main problem of current research.In response to these problems,we established a spatial three-dimensional coordinate system to derive a coordinate transformation model from image coordinates to spatial measured objects through the spatial projection relationship.We give the measurement accuracy description by simulating optimum structural parameters using the specific linear structure light measuring instrument.To ensure the bigger depth of filed and to obtain high quality images,we design the light path using Scheimpflug principle.And hinge rule is the adminicular law of the Scheimpflug principle,which can adjust the out of focus condition so that correcting the error making the light path always satisfied Scheimpflug principle.The errors of system may from mechanical,optical,experimental calibration,image processing and other aspects.This thesis focuses on geometric optical errors,combining the model with Scheimpflug principle to study the conditions not satisfied with constant focus in thin lens and thick lens.And we simulate the various situations and all cases are summarized and explained.The linear structured light measuring system was designed through what we analyzed.We completed system structure parameter calibration,image processing and strip center extraction.The method was used to calculating the diameter of the cylinder and angle of the a corner of hexagonal cylinder through captured image.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the theory are verified by multiple sets of repetitive experiments.
